1. Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between SEFTOUR ("Platform") and the registered Property Owner/Manager ("Vendor"). By clicking "Accept," the Vendor agrees to the terms outlined herein.

2. Commission Structure

The Vendor agrees to pay SEFTOUR a standard commission of 15% (fifteen percent) on the total booking value (including taxes and fees) for every successful reservation made through the platform.

3. Room/Package Availability

Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory. Overbooking resulting from failure to update the Extranet may result in penalties or the cost of relocating the guest to an equivalent property.

4. Booking Confirmation

Vendors must confirm or reject "Request to Book" inquiries within 24 hours. Failure to respond consistently may result in a lower ranking in search results or temporary suspension of the listing.

5. Payout Schedule

SEFTOUR processes payments to Vendors every Tuesday for all check-outs completed in the previous week (Monday to Sunday), minus the agreed commission and applicable transaction fees.

6. Quality Standards

Properties must maintain the standards described in their listings. Guests are encouraged to leave reviews; properties consistently falling below a 3-star rating may be subject to review by the SEFTOUR Quality Assurance team.

7. Cancellation Policy

Vendors agree to honor the platform's standard cancellation policies unless a specific custom policy has been approved in writing by SEFTOUR administration.
